I owe them everything, and I need to pave the way to show them what is possible when you put in the work.
Becoming a Sr. Executive Director in a faster-growing MGA like Experior is just the beginning of another journey for me and my team. We look forward to getting to the top. “Oh yes! To everyone, both agents and non-agents out there, I want to tell you all that it is very possible and doable. All it takes is the courage to embark on the journey and then put in the work to meet your goals. Your goals have to be driven by some sense of purpose and accountability. Just keep going and especially be intentional. You will get there.”
