When we saw your compensation and what you have as the ownership that was a selling point for me. That you have looked at everything possible for the advisor to have the right platform, compensation, ownership and be able to build a legacy for families.

Being able to do what we want when we want to do it is big. This job offers you that time, freedom, the lifestyle and being able to help the kids out with a payment for a mortgage or whatever. We've got 7 grand-kids now so it will be nice to be able to put them through school and help them out too.

When I saw this I knew it would be easy to do, simple to do, fair to do and I could put my heart & soul into this to make it work. The evidence is people love what we do and they are coming. We put no pressure on anybody to come with us. They're coming when they see it and they feel what we're doing.

I started to look at the compensation and you guys are brilliant to have designed the Experior model. You can come and join us on a part time basis . You can write one policy and make about 850 dollars. Same policy in other models you get 350-425 and then it hit me, oh my goodness. Then I saw at the second level you could make 1100 dollars. If I want to make 100,000 dollars all I have to do is sell more policies. I don't even have to bring people. I just can make money.

I saw a better opportunity with Experior. Better leadership, better ownership, better compensation not only for myself but for my team and, I decided to make the switch.

They look at our model and when explained properly they say, 'I've been looking for something like this all my life.' You guys have finally built it. And I have had more people give me a compliment like that where their jaw is on their table. They can't believe that we've actually put it together. It's just fantastic!

When we came over we had 40 advisors which was good where we were, a good start. But to see that after 3 years we're sitting somewhere around 500 plus licensed advisors across 4 provinces and it has nothing to do with me because I didn't change.

We believed there was something else we could do better at the time and then we saw Experior and it was everything that we wanted to have for ourselves and our company and we think everything we want is here. Everything Experior shares with us pretty much solves what AGA's problems are.
