“I have been in the industry for a while before joining Experior. It was a bit of a struggle then to build an agency. After hearing all that Experior offers, I joined with super excitement, so ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work. That was exactly what my team and I did. We set goals and meet regularly to review them. I also partnered with other winning leaders and tapped into their ideas / trainings. For my team, we constantly recognize winners and tap into their ideas for achieving results.
We encourage those struggling and continuously provide all support needed for one to achieve. We build the team on trust, integrity, love for one another and making everyone aware that we are all in this together and together we will succeed. My family and I are very excited and super grateful for this promotion and looking forward to greater things ahead with Experior. For my team, its a proof that consistent hard work and dedication pay off. Everyone of my team members contributed to this promotion and we are on track to promoting more EDs in the shortest time by God’s grace.”
When asked if she had any advice to give new Associates with Experior, Chinelo responded,
“Join and don’t quit. Put in the work and be consistent as hard work pays in Experior. Be sure to partner with the right people that will bring out the best in you. Transparency, integrity, trust, honesty, love should be your motto. Set goals and work to accomplish it. Have an accountability partner and meet regularly to review results. Above all have trust in God and in yourself, that you can do all that you set your mind to achieve by the grace of God.”
