Congratulations VR Chinni for reaching Experior’s Ring Earner status in the USA for February 2023!
Executive Director, VR Chinni, has attained a significant professional milestone thanks to his hard work and dedication. VR is of Indian origin and is now currently residing in Irving, Texas. Since joining Experior, VR has educated thousands of families and helped many people with their financial plans and goals.
VR’s background has been in technology, and he previously worked for another financial company, before he joined Experior. VR works very hard and cares about both his family and his clients. He has two children, one aged 16 and the other 19, and takes great pride in being a family man. With Experior Financial Group, he wants to build a business that will last for generations.
We asked VR Chinni how it felt to achieve this milestone, and he said,
“Feels absolutely awesome and it made me prove to myself again that discipline, focus, and action surely lead to success in life!”
We asked VR why he chose Experior Financial Group, and he responded,
“I joined hands with Experior due to the fact that it provides me the best platform to help families, children, and wealth building with various options. I have seen many others before, but Experior stands out as the best in terms of training, leadership, and benefits!”
VR Chinni was also asked about his goals and his WHY, and he responded,
“My goal is to provide financial literacy to as many families as possible and help them with the best possible options for their financial plans and goals.
And my WHY is that families work very hard to survive, to take care of the family, and to try to build wealth. But they struggle every step of the way and often fail to reach their goals due to a lack of proper guidance and planning. I have seen many and I am still seeing so many! Hence, why I hail with my goal to eradicate financial illiteracy!”
VR Chinni was asked how his life has changed because of his success with Experior, and he responded,
“I can now clearly see a bright light at the end of the tunnel!”
We asked VR if he had any advice to give new Associates with Experior, and he responded,
“Listening is easy! Go for it, what are you going to lose?
The beginning is hard! So what? You have already decided to do something GREAT in your life! Keep grinding and in no time it will be a smoothie!
Holding is super hard! Life is a game! Build deep and wide. You will be a great circus master before you realize it!
Discipline and focus lead to action. The one who acts is simply a winner!”
