Congratulations Sudhir and Mina Nagar! Experior’s SECOND Ring Earners in the USA! February 2023.
Experior Financial Group Inc. is thrilled to recognize the accomplishments of Sudhir and Mina Nagar, our SECOND Executive Directors in the USA to become Ring Earners. This power couple has shown what the results of hard work and dedication can be.
Sudhir was born in Gujarat, India, and raised there, whilst Mina was born in Kenya and raised in the United Kingdom. They both now live in Atlanta, Georgia. The couple has been together for 38 years and have 3 beautiful children, one following their steps in the financial services industry. Their oldest son, Samir Nagar, at 34 years of age, is married and works with FTI Consulting. Also, their 29-year-old twins, Nikesh is a dentist and daughter Nikita is in the Hospitality industry.
Prior to Experior, they were working at another financial services company. Their former careers included the Banking and Hospitality industry for 9 years and part-time Tax preparation as well. Their former Banking and Hotel income was around $35K a year before starting in the Financial Industry in 2008. Sudhir and Mina are proud to be working alongside their mentors, Frank De Lio, Mauro Arturi, and Jamie Prickett.
Now that they have reached success at Experior Financial Group, the couple has set new goals for 2023. Experior is confident that Sudhir and Mina will continue to reach their new goals with the company and within the industry.
We asked Sudhir and Mina how it felt to achieve this milestone, and the couple said,
“It’s awesome news to qualify for the Ring and we are happy to have reached this milestone.
Everything is possible if you put your mind to it.”

Sudhir and Mina were also asked about their Goals and their WHY, and they responded,
“Our main goal is to become Senior Executive Directors by the end of 2023. At Experior we have a chance to build a business and a legacy for the next generation. Experior’s culture from the Leadership to the team enables this vision. It’s time to build it big and to have a team of successful people who also have a chance to build it big as well.”
We asked if they could share any advice for other Experior Associates. Our newest ring earners Sudhir and Mina Nagar said,
“Have a goal, make a plan, and execute it! Don’t stop until you achieve your goals and your dreams come true. TEAMWORK IS THE DREAMWORK! Find a Mentor and surround yourself with like-minded, driven people. (Not only Experior Agents or Financial Professionals)”
Sudhir and Mina were asked how their lives have been changed because of their success with Experior, and how many families they have helped along the way. They responded,
“We are very happy with the work that we have done, and having that confidence and positivity is very important to me and my family. We are excited to say that, in the last 9 months, we have helped more than 200 families and have 550 new business partners in Experior!”
