This cause is personal to Experior.
At the 2026 Experior Factor Convention, CEO Lee-Ann Prickett and Co-Founder Jamie Prickett shared the experience their family had with Ronald McDonald House when their son was dealing with a serious illness.
"During moments like that, families need more than medical care. They need support. They need stability. They need a place to breathe, rest, regroup, and stay close to their child."
That experience is why this cause matters to Experior. Ronald McDonald House helped the Pricketts' family — and it helps thousands of families like them every year.
Together, we can deliver hope.
Families need to stay close to care.
Ronald McDonald House helps families stay near their sick or injured child during treatment — providing housing, meals, resources, and support right beside the hospital.
Being close matters. It reduces stress, eases financial pressure, and lets families put their full energy into what matters most: their child.

Scores will be calculated after Celebration of Impact day takes place

Common questions

This cause is personal to Experior. Co-Founders and CEO Lee-Ann and Jamie Prickett shared their family’s experience with Ronald McDonald House at the 2026 Experior Factor Convention, when their son was dealing with a serious illness. Leaders and agents are encouraged to watch Jamie’s convention speech to better understand the personal connection behind the campaign. Ronald McDonald House supports families during difficult medical situations by helping them stay close to their child and close to care.
This year, Experior donated $125,000 to Ronald McDonald House. Of that amount, $50,000 supported Ronald McDonald House Global, and the balance supported the Orlando Chapter House. Each year, Experior supports a local Ronald McDonald House chapter in the city where our convention is held. In 2027, our convention will be in Houston.
The participating cities are Atlanta, Baltimore, Dallas, and Orlando. Each city has its own Ronald McDonald House location and its own Amazon Gift Registry link.
The purchase period runs from July 20 to August 15. Our Celebration of Impact day has been postponed. A new date will be announced soon — stay tuned!

Clients may be able to attend where approved by the local Ronald McDonald House and the local Experior leadership team. Local leaders, agents, and approved guests will visit their respective Ronald McDonald House location. The purpose of the visit is to open, organize, and put away donated items, tour the House, learn more about the local impact, and celebrate the generosity of everyone who participated. Where approved by the local House, the day may also include a BBQ, music, photos, community engagement, and possible local press coverage.
The Celebration of Impact is the local event where leaders, agents, clients, and volunteers come together at the Ronald McDonald House location. The goal is to make the day meaningful, positive, respectful, and community focused. Activities may include volunteer participation, opening and organizing donated items, House tours, music, BBQ or refreshments, photos, social media content, and local press coverage. All activities must be approved by the local Ronald McDonald House team in advance.
Yes, where appropriate and approved. Before contacting local press, leaders should confirm approval from the local Ronald McDonald House team, Experior Marketing, and any other required Experior approval process. Media coverage should respect family privacy and local House guidelines.
Yes, but only within approved guidelines. Photos and videos should focus on volunteers, donated items, approved group photos, the act of giving, and approved representatives. Do not photograph, film, interview, or identify families, children, patients, guests, staff members, volunteers, or House residents unless the local Ronald McDonald House team has approved it and proper consent has been received.
Yes, where approved by the local Ronald McDonald House location. Each House may have different rules around food, music, outdoor setup, parking, space, safety, family privacy, and volunteer capacity. Local leaders must confirm what is allowed before making plans.
The City Challenge is a friendly competition between Atlanta, Baltimore, Dallas, and Orlando. The goal is to create energy, participation, awareness, and local pride while supporting a meaningful cause.
The winning city will be determined by a combined score based on donation value and volunteer participation.
- Donation value: 70%
- Volunteer participation: 30%
Donation value is based on the total dollar value of items purchased from that city’s Amazon Gift Registry. Volunteer participation is based on verified attendance at the Celebration of Impact. If Houses have different volunteer capacity limits, volunteer participation may be scored based on the percentage of available volunteer spots filled rather than raw attendance.
- Donation Score = city donation value ÷ highest city donation value × 70
- Volunteer Score = city verified volunteer attendance ÷ highest city verified volunteer attendance × 30
- Total Score = Donation Score + Volunteer Score
If House capacity varies by city, volunteer participation is scored using percentage of available volunteer spots filled rather than raw attendance.
Donation value is weighted more heavily because the primary goal of the campaign is to provide needed items to the participating Ronald McDonald House locations. Volunteer participation still matters because we want leaders, agents, and clients to experience the mission personally and create a stronger connection to the cause.
Tie breakers are applied in this order:
- Highest total donation value
- Highest number of unique donors
- Highest verified volunteer attendance, or highest percentage of available volunteer spots filled
The winning city will be recognized at Experior’s 2027 convention in Houston. Local leaders from the winning city will be invited on stage to present the Experior corporate donation cheque to Ronald McDonald House. This creates a meaningful recognition moment, a strong photo opportunity, and bragging rights over the other participating cities.
No. The donation cheque is from Experior corporate. The winning city earns the opportunity to present the cheque on stage at the 2027 convention.
Yes, once approved photos are available and usage guidelines are confirmed. Leaders should follow Experior Marketing guidelines before using the image in public marketing.
Yes. Agents may promote the campaign using approved messaging and graphics provided by Experior. The preferred wording is that agents are helping support Experior Gives: Hope Delivered by encouraging people to purchase needed items from participating Ronald McDonald House Amazon Gift Registries. This keeps the message clear and avoids confusion about cash collection.
No. This campaign is focused on Amazon Gift Registry item donations. Participants should purchase items directly through the official registry links.
