Experior Financial Group is thrilled to announce Claudia Villarreal’s promotion to Executive Director and Shareholder Qualifier. Her commitment and passion for her career as an independent insurance agent have been pivotal in reaching this outstanding milestone.
Claudia has been a committed member of the Experior Financial Group for 8 months. During this time, she and her team, FML UBUNTU – Elevate, have positively impacted 40 families by empowering them with informed financial choices. We proudly acknowledge Claudia’s remarkable achievements and extend our warmest congratulations. With her relentless drive and dedication, we are confident she will achieve even greater success on her Experior journey.
We asked Claudia Villarreal to share a bit about her journey and how it feels to achieve this milestone, and she said,
“I have been a social communicator journalist for over 20 years in my country, and upon arriving in the United States, I decided to embark on new projects. I obtained my insurance license from another company nearly a year ago, but I wasn’t satisfied with their work system, leading me to consider exiting the insurance world. However, a great friend introduced me to Experior. I was impressed by their compensation plan, the leadership, and the team I became a part of, prompting me to pursue this career. Reaching the Executive Director milestone in such a short span has significantly impacted my life and business. The most exciting milestone ahead is achieving the $100,000 ring soon and expanding my team to impressive numbers!”
Our newest Executive Director was asked if she has any advice or encouragement for new financial service Associates with Experior. Claudia said,
“My message to anyone starting out or already engaged in this booming business is to waste no time. Focus and take action from day one. Get everyone actively applying for their contracts, and if they lack a license, support them and encourage forward movement.”
