Congratulations, Chadwick Albano! Experior’s newest Ring Earner in the USA as of September 2023!
Experior Financial Group Inc. joyfully celebrates the remarkable achievement of Chadwick Albano, our eighth Executive Director in the USA, who has earned the status of a Ring Earner. His steadfast devotion, constant effort, and relentless pursuit of perfection have been critical factors in reaching this milestone.
Chadwick was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, and has lived in the USA for over 30 years now. He now resides in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, with his wife Nicole, a business partner for 20 years, and two daughters. He had transitioned from a career in corporate finance and accounting.
Since becoming part of the Experior family, he hopes to harness the expertise he has amassed over 20 years – coupled with Experior’s systems and support – to further reach and impact even more families.
We asked Chadwick Albano how it feels to achieve this milestone and he said,
“I feel very blessed and very grateful. It’s humbling to know that in this industry (financial), not only do we “get” to help improve the lives of so many people, but the rewards associated truly can become a by-product of helping others.”
When asked why he chose Experior Financial Group, Inc., Chadwick responded,
“When I was asked to help take a look at Experior, we found that the philosophies between our firm’s leadership team (Global View) and Experior’s aligned well. I’ve learned that in business, it’s crucial that you resonate with those with whom you do business.”
When asked, “How has your life changed because of your success with Experior?”, Chadwick said,
“Although we’re new to Experior, we’re not new to the industry. And one thing I’ve learned is that you can’t do this business alone. The financial industry is truly a team sport if the main purpose is to help as many people as we can, while also maintaining the highest levels of service. That’s why we need the right people with us. With Experior, I believe we’re going to be able to achieve that exponential growth, not only for the purpose of reaching more people who need our help, but to also develop the next generation of agents and leaders to take our business to the next level.”
Chadwick was asked what his current goals were and his “Why”, and he responded,
“My “Why” is to glorify God with the way I live and each day to do my best to be a blessing to the people around me; that starts first with family, then those we help in our business. We have a vision of what we’re building. What has served us is that we have faith in the direction we’re going, so we just put our heads down and take care of the things we can control.”
We asked Chadwick if he had any tips for other Experior Associates, and he said,
“I look forward to seeing further growth and expansion with the help of Experior and to find further ways we can provide value to others, not just our clients, but to those who we’ve selected to bring on board here.”
